Sound and music are in constant flux, carving out new territories where novel genres and sonic experiences emerge. This project explores the intersection of tradition and technology, facilitating the creation of musical hybrids that redefine how we play and perceive sound.
Technical Implementation: DIY InstrumentA custom-built performance interface integrating physical tactile elements with digital processing:
• Hardware: Arduino Board, Movement Sensors, Touch Sensors, Springs, and Contact Microphones.
• Software: SuperCollider (synthesis/signal processing) and Ableton Live (arrangement).
